Brick extension Douglas

We refurbished a leaky cold two storey brick house and struck a dramatic angle through the plan to a new extension that catches light, views and frames a sun-trap courtyard. The extension was a superinsulated passive timber frame by EcoTimber Frame in Carrigaline, and the main contractor was Brian Twomey of Crosshaven. It features bespoke lighting details designed by the architect.
